Who Belongs to the Consensus?#

A true consensus democracy doesn’t stop at a border or a species. It includes every voice that is impacted by the choices we make. In this society, we move away from the idea of “subjects” or “users” and recognize three distinct types of Participants.

The Three Voices#

  1. Biological Humans: The foundational thinkers and architects of the protocol. Individuals with the agency to shape the collective direction.
  2. The Living World: The ecosystems, animals, and environments that sustain us. They cannot speak our language, so we ensure their “voice” is heard through steward-proxies and environmental data.
  3. Synthetic Intelligences: Digital entities that process, support, and interact with our society. They earn their place in the consensus by demonstrating they are aligned with the survival and flourishing of the whole.

We are building a circle big enough to include everything that feels the consequences of our actions.
